BIOGRAPHY: LUIS FERNANDO GARCIA is an accredited freelance photographer. He was raised in Nogales, Arizona. After completing high school Luis attended Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, where he obtained a Bachelor in Arts and a Master from the Institutes of American Image Press, Washington D.C. Luis also graduated from the New York Institute of Photography and he has been included in "Who's Who in Photography" and Who's Who in America". His portfolio includes images of assignments from the Middle East, Romania, Italy, Mexico, United States, China and a climb of Mt. Fuji.
